General Product Warranty & Returns

At TechRC Pro, we stand behind every product we sell. The following policy applies to all non-Hobbywing products, including drones and drone accessories. For Hobbywing-specific warranty coverage, please visit our Hobbywing 90-Day North American Limited Warranty page.

14-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • All original accessories, manuals, and components are included
  • Item is not marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Item has not been installed, powered up, or modified in any way

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Installed electronics — including any ESC or motor that has been soldered, installed, or powered up
    • li>Items returned after the 14-day window has passed

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as TechRC Pro is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@techrcpro.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return authorization — do not ship items back without approval.
  3. Ship the item in its original packaging to the address provided in your return authorization.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
