At TechRC Pro, we want to ensure you have the best experience . If a product doesn't meet your needs, we are here to help. Please review our return guidelines below:

14-Day Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return To begin a return, please contact our support team at support@techrcpro.store. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on where to send your package.

Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fee All qualifying returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover processing and administrative costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Installed Electronics: For safety and quality control, ESCs or motors that have been soldered, installed, or powered up are not eligible for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
