Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates (US) We offer the following flat-rate shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: $8.00 — orders up to $69.99
- Express Shipping: $15.00 — always available
For self-fulfilled items, rates are based on order weight:
- 0–1 lb: $6.99
- 1–5 lbs: $13.99
- 5–15 lbs: $21.99
- 15+ lbs: $31.99
International Shipping International orders are fulfilled via Shopify Collective with carrier-calculated rates displayed at checkout. Canada and worldwide shipping available on select items.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Authorized Dealer Note All Hobbywing products are shipped as an authorized dealer with full factory warranty support.
Backorder & Pre-Order Policy
Some items in our store may be available for backorder when out of stock. If you place an order for a backordered item, your payment will be collected at checkout. We will fulfill your order as soon as stock is replenished from our authorized distributor, typically within 5–10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships.
If fulfillment is delayed beyond the estimated window, we will notify you via email with an updated timeline or offer a full refund upon request.
